Father's Day, The 4th of July, The OG, and The Ridiculous

Apologizing has become a dominant theme in my entries, so I will do it no more! Sonny seems to be developing at such a rapid rate these days. New words, recognitions, and noises emit from this child each time I turn around. I'll try to get some video up with the next entry, but in the meantime...

Above & below - watching the 4th of July parade in Ridgewood. Since then, Sonny cheers each time he sees the police, fire trucks, or ambulances with their lights on... we should all be so appreciative. Thanks to Grandma Chris for taking the pictures - and for the SpongeBob balloon!

Sure, I've neglected you. But, you're still here aren't you? That's because Sonny keeps getting better. And you must know I'm genuinely sorry I don't update more often. So, for you patience and support I give you a huuuuuuuge posting. And what better to start it off...

Even before Easter, Sonny was entertaining friends and family.

Easter was hosted by Grandmom Barb & Grandpop Bob this year - the food and company were terrific as always. There was even a slide in the backyard! It's no wonder he enjoys their house so much.

An afternoon meeting with friend Max included a wagon trip to the playground.

Late April, Mama & Dada headed to the Bahamas for a short getaway. We missed you, little buddy! But, it was nice to get away. Really nice.

Thanks goodness for spring, and green leaves, and walks outside, and sunshine...

We went to a street fair in Bordentown, NJ - a convenient location for all that needed to be done: a visit with Roya, Matt, and Nina. A visit with Allan, Shmoopy, Jeremy, & Kaitlyn.
